I really loved this place. The food is great and portions are great for the price. I will be returning when I'm the area. I did not eat at the grill area, we ordered off the menu with the regular seating. It was quiet during the time of day I was there so easy to have conversations.
From reading different reviews for Hibachi places, I chose to go to this one. Wasnt really expecting a good experience, but I was suprising impressed with this place. I ordered the samurai steak (hibachi option) for about 20 it included fried rice and veggies. The portions sizes were good for the price and the food tasted great. A little bit on the higher sodium side, but it didnt disappoint. I went with family and they were all pleased. The performance was also great. My two kids 9 & 8 enjoyed it. Looking forward to coming back on another occasion. I would suggest owner includes FREE beverage on kids meals. Total spent without tip was 60 for 2 adults 2 kids and 1 drink.
Went for lunch. Pan fried pork dumplings were really great. Pork was really moist and supple, just as it should be, and dipping sauce was very well balanced. One of the specials was a shrimp sushi roll topped with crab meat. Was good, but the fried shrimp inside was not fried to order, but most likely had been done that morning during prep. Was tasty, but for 14 just for that roll...I won't get it again. Just can't justify the price. Service and atmosphere were great. Just for fun I included a picture of the bathroom (upscale and definitely more than I expected). I look forward to talking the kids for the hibachi grill.
Great food, comfortable atmosphere, and great service. My wife and I came in this weekend and had a nice early dinner. The food was quick, our server was conscientious, and it was a very comfortable environment. The sushi was delicious and tasted fresh! Recommend stopping by and having a great experience. We didn't even try out the Hibachi side. Recommend!
The wait time during the dinner rush on a Thursday was very reasonable, and the staff were friendly. My brother, his girlfriend, and I all bought 2-3 sushi rolls apiece, and shared them all on the same platter. It was absolutely perfect, and beautiful looking food. We finished them all and were very full. Even though the price is fairly high here, you definitely get what you pay for.10/10 would go here again.
Love sitting at the Hibachi grill watching the cooks cook our meals as they put on a "show!" The entertainment is amazing and the food is excellent! I love the atmosphere. Every time we go is a different experience and we enjoy every visit and experience just as much as the last. Good for large groups or just the 2 of you!
The service was fantastic! The host was able to get us seated at the hibachi area right away even though they were very busy. They were a bit short staffed, so it took a while to get our chef. But the waitress did great with keeping our drinks full and getting our other food out promptly.
This was my first visit. Having been to benihana's before I can say this is even better. The decor is beautiful with a dedicated restaurant area, sushi area, bar area and the hibachi area. Our chef was very talented and pleasant the additional staff was also very kind and attentive. The lunch price was well worth it and the sushi we had amazing with no fishy taste from the seaweed wrap. Definitely looking forward to going back soon. Truly something different in our town.
